If there's a call that you absolutely must take while you are driving, then pull over to the side of the road. Ideally, pull into a parking lot. Or have a passenger to receive the phone call on your behalf.
I'm not surprised, the 4A is always the hardest one to keep protected since the interests of those in power runs contrary to it. It's eroded even further in the digital age.
