From a male perspective and speaking particularly from what my hetero friends have told me (all of them male btw) it isn't just Millies but also Xers as well who are shunning marriage (and by extension sex to a degree) and that has to do with the disastrous way in which the family court system and marriage essentially is used as a means to make them virtual slaves should they have the misfortune of having children or getting divorced (which happens about half the time with marriages).

Without getting into the nitty gritty of MGTOW, let me state simply that a great deal of the problem with younger people starting families and such like is partially economic (if you have a family you have to support that family) and partially social (lagging cultural institutions that need to be reformulated to address current needs).

I can assure you that homo-men are not eschewing sex, not even the millies if my kid is anything to go by. I'm pretty sure he and his BF were going at it this afternoon when I came in from work (based on the the noises the two were making).
