I don't know anything about the website this is on but Neil Howe did an interview with a podcast, I haven't listened to it yet so I don't know if he said anything new.

I listened to it this morning. No, nothing new. His prediction though was that millie women when polled do not necessarily want a sensitive man like boomers said they wanted when polled. But millie women apparently when polled do not want to be responsible for sole income but want a man to step up to the plate and take some responsibility. He predicts it will make men more "masculine" than boomer men transformed to be on average going with what boomer women desired at the time. The rest of the interview was the same old pretty much.
