the first thing I wondered was to what Mozart piece you referred. It is a spurious entity, an opera overture extended into a small symphony and also known as K.120 or K. 111.

This said, sports betting is a sucker's bet. People bet on their team as fans... OK, I'd probably be tempted to put some money on a long-shot of the Detroit Tigers in 2019 because their pitching has suddenly gotten better. If it is not as good as when they had a rotation of Verlander, Scherzer, Price, and Porcello (how did they not get a World's Championship with that?), pitching is 90% of the managerial headaches of either field or general managers. Tiger offense is weak, but that is far easier to rectify with the personal growth of current players or with players who can be brought in.

A state that outlaws gambling of all kinds internally has a right to ban its people from gambling on computer terminals within the state. This is states' rights. Other states may prefer that people play in their casinos or buy state lottery tickets to keep the money in state. Sport betting is for suckers.

To be honest, technology made that inevitable decades ago, when the realization of what was possible first emerged, and we did nothing to contain or control it. When it finally starts to effect the bottom .09% of the top .1%, because that top .01% wants an even bigger piece of the pie, there may finally be a correction.
