In a news headline the verb might is a weasel word.

Please review who posted the link in the first place, and decide how reliable it is. Then review the source material for bias. In this case, withdrawing troos was a Trump initiative, and Biden is fully free to ignore it if it was proposed as a poison pill. In other words, this should be under review, but writing a piece about it at this time belongs in the opinion section.

It is Joe Walsh, and, yes, it is an opinion pieces. It is drivel, as the weasel word (the verb might) indicates. That is all that I needed to say.

Weasel words gut the meaning of all else that one says. "I might take a trip to Indianapolis on Wednesday" means absolutely nothing. I could be going somewhere else or staying home, too. So what?

...I could do better than many of those who write opinion pieces.  Obviously I would not well satisfy those who were fans of the late "Rash Libel"... tough luck to those mindless people.

The USA is neither bankrupt, at war, or a police state.  You would better represent your beliefs if they could be made compatible with truth.

Americans think that the USA is a free and peaceful country with a balanced budget.

It is all three, just not for the reasons our libertarian shitlord friend thinks.

Life is no more entirely the class struggle than it is whether one's favorite athlete or sports team has a satisfying season. For some people, such as football hooligans in the UK, their favorite sports team is their identity. It got so bad that British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher asked for sanctions against British sports hooligans in continental Europe.

Racism, sexism, homophobia, religious bigotry, mental illness, handicaps, and addiction often intertwine with the class struggle. Not always. The struggle against those is worthy in its own right with or without concern for economics. The Tulsa riot of 1921 pitted whites doing badly against a few blacks who had started to do well in business.  Even the class struggle can go badly, and even the KKK can exploit that. (I would not be surprised if the hooded fascists of 1921 were not involved). If one is not an exploiter or a stooge of exploiters one is not the Bad Guy in the class struggle. If one is an exploiter one is the problem.

Small-scale entrepreneurs are not grabbing a salary; their profits are their living, and much of what they do (their own wide variety of work from marketing to outright labor, and stewardship of assets). Free enterprise at its best rewards competence and makes ineptitude and laziness pay for itself in losses, unemployment, and personal ruin.

I hold the opinion that if we can't get rid of capitalism, then perhaps we can develop the idea that capitalism at its best means that only capitalists get rich -- or nearly so. So perhaps some highly-successful professionals, entertainers, and creative people can get spectacularly rich. I have a big problem with business executives drawing millions of dollars in salaries and easy compensation for treating subordinates badly.

We need to tax the ADX Florence out of easy money. It's the easy money that is the exploitation.

The collapse should be obvious to everyone now.

Mandatory vaccines and gun confiscation will need to be the line.

Dying of the flu is bad, but being forced to get a vaccine that kills you is murder.

Go out and buy as many guns as you can today. Research ghost guns, 3D guns, and blackpowder guns.

Tell your friends that the US is a bankrupt warmongering police state and the elites are trying to kill off the 99%.

Set up a firing range if you have any land and train everyone you trust how to use guns.

Buy ammo, gold, canned food, water, and rice. Be prepared.

History always ends the same way.
