I wouldn't figure an old Russian like you would know or care much about Lakeland. I know quite a bit about Lakeland, it's warm and not a rathole like Tomsk. Anyway, this article is old, and you missed the more interesting story of them deciding to move the statue from Munn Park, though who knows if that will really happen since we elected an undercover Nazi to the city commission last November.
