The Kremlin, which is where the puppetmaster of the moron you voted for resides.
The Kremlin didn't reveal anything about the Democratic regime that the Americans who voted didn't already know or figured out themselves. A puppet master needs a puppet that can be controlled with information.
If Donald Trump and the Republican Senate majority got significant help from foreign sources, including any hacking of the electoral system, then we have a government that can be blackmailed at any time, as in "Allow Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, and Moldova to rejoin Russia in a true union... maybe give us a free hand in Finland as well. We'd like Alaska back, too".
I have no definitive proof of such, but Vladimir Putin knows well how the old Soviet Union operated, and a dictatorial boss usually lives up to the patterns of prior despots in his country's heritage. The ideal American leadership from the standpoint of Vladimir Putin is a despotic-but-incompetent leader, a model which Donald Trump fits well. It is no wonder that Vladimir Putin found a steady hand on American foreign policy less than ideal. A President who pays attention to the CIA and the Joint Chiefs can deal with Vladimir Putin effectively; someone who doesn't is a useful idiot, potentially an unwitting tool.
Donald Trump may not be a moron, but he is certainly a fool.
The ideal subject of totalitarian rule is not the convinced Nazi or the dedicated Communist but instead the people for whom the distinction between fact and fiction, true and false, no longer exists -- Hannah Arendt.
