Meanwhile, it appears Taylor has "shaken off" her country roots.

I can't say for sure if it's any better than the pop hits Taramarie likes from the 90s.

As for whether it is better than pop hits from the 90s that i like....it is the same upbeat, dancable and happy music i love it. We need something like this more than ever. Something that puts a smile on your face. That is what matters when you need a temporary escape.

Not knocking that. I think to be "the best" might require more than that. But the Swift song is OK for a "best of the 4T," I guess. Probably not in my opinion, but I'm glad to be reminded of the song; I'm sure I knew of it before.
