There's nothing I didn't understand about John's last post.
I think GDP per capita is a poor way to measure the well being of a territory that has not recovered from a Hurricane from 1/2 a year ago. Americans not caring is why these US citizens are struggling so much.
My snark about Puerto Rico aside, I agree that Cuba should be on its own without major reforms. Even if Cuba did reform, I'd prefer to focus on Puerto Rico (and Flint).
