The American rights referenced including the specific gun right that you mentioned in particular  are commonly viewed by all  Americans on the American Right (The Republican Side) as being equally important to them these days.

Yes, and that's the problem with Americans on the Right speaking about "American rights." They are not speaking of a "right" to which anyone should give any respect.
