Another report from CNN. Apparently nine members of the city council are aiming to defund and eliminate the city police department. It is a veto proof majority. Drastic, but perhaps necessary given their history.
That this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth.
