What do you expect? This extreme narcissist has himself as the measure of good, and anything that gets in his way is evil. That is the way with all despots, and the differences between them is whether any one despot can get away with what he wants to do.

At one point, his advisors convinced him that he was starting to kill his own followers and, more to the point, voters in key swing states.  I guess the message didn't take.
