Ok.  Another police shooting of a black man, laying on his back, no threat to anyone.  First report has the victim asking the police officer why he was shot, and the officer responding 'I don't know.'

I have some sympathy for the police, but if they want to ease a spiral of violence they are at the mercy of the worst trained, most racist and least comment among them.  

I just hope they don't turn this into a 'clean shoot,' a supposedly justified act.

Apparently the guy was begging the cop not to shoot him and the cop shot him anyways. That's attempted murder.
