Obviously isn't me. I'd have to consider Eric's opinions worthy of consideration first before I could possibly be offended by them. That said he has no consideration for the feelings of others or for their thoughts/values (which to me is far more important--feelings are ephemeral).

That being said I think the problem isn't what X-mox..fuck it Alphabet Soup...thinks it is. I think most Americans who answered the poll are offended by the perpetually offended. That these perpetually offended folks primarily live on what passes for a left (meaning Regressive Leftists rather than actual liberals--most people in the US are at least liberals in the sense of being classical liberals) in the US it totally explains why Republicans and Independents voted the way they did in the poll.
What are the characteristics and policies of the regressive leftists? Sorry, not aware of them due to the fact I am a foreigner. Never heard of such a thing in my own country.
