Mostly a phantom, much like the "death panels" involved in Obamacare. Remember those?.

When asked directly about their reasons for chosing Youngkin, many of his voters argued that they hated CRT, but had no idea what it was ... but they hated it!  Turning that around should have been reasonably simple in the NoVA suburbs (though decidedly not in the rural southwest of the state), but the 
Dems just ignored it.
