Does this 4T seem a little 2T-ish to anyone else?

There is NO 2T without a successful 4T before it.

... and hence, our point of departure. Remember, Germany and Japan, and to a lesser extent Italy and Finland, had failed 4Ts last time. It's not ideal, but it's not a death sentence either.
