I notice here that some Millennials are more liable to lose their cool and be rather "mercurial," which is a well-known term derived from astrology. Mercury rules air sign Gemini, and I have linked civic generations to the air element. That's one way in which Gen Xers are better, in my opinion, than millennials. But that's an over-generalization; there's plenty of cool-headed millennials who are great with intellectual activities and networking.
