And this is precisely why the old guard Dems like yourself are so lost in the dark, that we will have to pump daylight to you. Everything in that post is exactly what the Republicans and the majority of Americans feel is our problems and what needs addressed. Not to worry. The Baby-Boomer Dems have had their day, and it has seen it's conclusion.

I am trying my best to pump some daylight here, yes. I hope some day you can see the light, Bronsin. The majority of Americans (by 3 million) seemed to feel differently from you. It's a divided country, but a decision will come, and it will be another 12 years before we know for sure what that decision will be.

Your hope about who has had their day, may disappoint you. The Boomers by now are more conservative even than Xers, and Millennials are more Dem, and more diverse.

Oh I have always seen the light. The darkness has always been the far left, socialist network. Baby Boomers are all on their way to the Golf courses and retirement communities. Crusty old critters like Pelosi, Feinstein, and Steinum should take the hint and head out to pasture. Their shtick was only popular with a few to start with, and has gotten completely stale with the rest of us.

I don't see that you answered my points. Not only are the older ones not going away as fast as they did before, and certainly not as fast as you'd like, but the younger ones are less conservative and further left than the older ones. Older voters dying off will only benefit the Left now. And it's the voters who count, and who have saddled us with your kind in power for far, far too long. I'd say 40 years of your kind calling the shots is way, way, way too long Bronsin.

Feinstein? Pelosi? You really think voters in CA will replace them with conservatives? I doubt you can tell much difference ideologically between Barbara Boxer and Kamala Harris. And have you noticed the skin color of the latter lady, and that she spoke at the women's march?
