Yes, we stole from the Brits who stole from the Germans.  In this case, we stupidly handed them the keys to the safe, and showed them where we store everything.  Our stupid collaboration with the Chinese for nearly 30 years should cost stockholders... but it will probably be absorbed by the taxpayers.
