Where did you get that information? CNN? So, what was Obama's pandemic planning doing? Just talking about it or something? So, where are all the ventilators and stockpiles of medical supplies? Let me guess, the UN has them all or some liberal based humanitarian group abroad has them all? So, what is the priority now?
