The Creationist Follies
#11
No matter how elaborate is the explanation behind nonsense (good fiction obviously excluded), the complex explanation proves nothing. I am reasonably certain that create a colorful tome on fire-breathing dragons, even discussing their evolution, fossil record, biology, behavior, and ecology. Such would not make them real.
The ideal subject of totalitarian rule is not the convinced Nazi or the dedicated Communist  but instead the people for whom the distinction between fact and fiction, true and false, no longer exists -- Hannah Arendt.
