Lackadaisy - popular web franchise about prohibition era bootleggers
#1
So, this web franchise have taken everyone by storm these last few weeks, as it released the pilot for the show just shy off two weeks ago.

It’s about the prohibition just a couple of years from the market crash of 1929. The main characters Rocky, Freckle and Ivy here are the GI generation (Both Freckle and Ivy are 1909 kids. Rocky is born in 1904). Does this thing accurately depict the prohibition era and how young GI got into it?

Excellent writing, nice music, anthropomorphic cats who don't creep us out, good animation, appeal across age...it looks good. I like this, and I would be delighted to sell this as a network or buy in as an advertiser.
The ideal subject of totalitarian rule is not the convinced Nazi or the dedicated Communist  but instead the people for whom the distinction between fact and fiction, true and false, no longer exists -- Hannah Arendt.
