Liberals? There were no liberals in Jesus' day. Jesus was a socialist, but certainly no liberal.

Satire, my friend, although apparently failed. (If you need to explain a joke it probably isn't funny.) But, as far as certain people (on the right) are concerned,  liberals are almost ahistorical, existing in all times and places, ready to thwart 'Merica and tax cuts.
