That would be the first turning. The second turning will be dominated by new idealists (think boomers) who don't care about that war because it happened before they were born.
The next 1T will not be like the past 1T. The destruction will be global and there will be no untouched land like the US was last time. Therefore, the next 1T will be very basic. Things like:
- We have government again
- There is running water again
- International travel is happening again
- The death rate is below 50%
Things like that.
That means, the next 2T will still feature many recovery operations as opposed to expressions of excess, and very simple modes of celebration. The spirit will be - Alas, the darkness finally has departed.
Your dark predictions seemed very far fetched.... until Drumpf. Now, who knows?
