Here's the problem with your analogy...

1.  None of the politicans running were turn around men.  Fiarino or whatever her name literally ran HP into the ground.  So it was Daddy or more of the same.  As for Cruz the man is first a Canadian, he's not eligable, and second a complete greaseball on the levels only surpassed by Shillery.

2.  Perhaps the best way to turn the GOP and the Party around is to burn it to the ground.  The time for patches is likely over and the only solution is to bulldoze the structure and start over.  Something I'm told Daddy has loads of experience in.

3.  The Never Trump crybabies are all going to slowly fall into line.  The only other option is a Shillary Presidency which would be at best 4 more years of nothing being done, and at worst the total destruction of all political freedoms in the name of social justice.





Oddly it is Trump whose not claiming to "going to fight for you".  His promise is to "Fix the trade" and "Build a wall".  Stuff that States, Local Govs and Individuals can't do.
