You should talk to a therapist rather than seeking advice from a British bloke you've met on a forum, but my guess is repressed anger at your parents.
Great advice. I'm a bit autistic myself, and anger is easy to generate when you don't connect easily and others tend to misunderstand you as well. My parents were oblivious, but then again, they had similar issues themselves.
