When will the earliest New Prophets be born?

I was born in Nov. 1944 so I would definitely be considered a cusper. In fact I have contemplated at times writing a book about it, the title being "On the Cusp of the Boom". I have however determined that I tend to have more Silent characteristics than Boom ones.
