Wikipedia is a good example of post-capitalist enterprise. Its contributors are all volunteers and its coordinators are meritocrats, selected from the most productive users. Despite being a non-profit, it's now the world's most popular and extensive encyclopedia.
But I also think we need to leave the Earth to leave capitalism, just like our ancestors had to leave Europe to leave feudalism.
