The atomization of violence

Ok when was the last mass-shooting or terrorist attack committed by westerners (besides the Irish) that involved more than 2 people?  We have become so atomized that group violence no longer happens.  Lone Wolf attacks are not new of course but that's the only thing that's happening now.

The oddity of the mass-shooting is the scale of the carnage.
