On 1960 cohort is Chief of Naval Operations (the oversimplify, the head of the Navy), and an Xer commands Cyber Command.

In terms of roles, the guys who advise the Secretaries, shaping the "vision" thing (i.e., the Chairman JCOS (Milley) and most of the service chiefs) are still Boomers, but just barely. The commanders are X'ers, except Ricard (Strategic Command), and two guys getting ready to retire (Townsend & McKenzie).
