Clinton stated an intent to propose a constitution amendment to correct Citizen's United in her first 100 days.  One doesn't have to be president to propose constitutional amendments.  The people are quite obviously ticked off at corrupt establishment politicians.  If one can learn anything from this election, it is that.  Might it be time for such an amendment to be pushed?  Would it be hard to convince the voting public both urban and rural to vote any politician who gets in the way of the amendment out of power?
