So yes, this is me again. I'm ashamed of losing access to the old account and promise this is the final one.
This is how I revised the diagram. I hope this is the final version:
I decided to eliminate the securitarian sector as all people inside it can be classified as either theocrats (like King Louis XIV, a divine right monarch) or nationalist (Xi Jinping, Assad, etc.). Lukashenko is a proletarianist though, I'd put him in the same place as Castro. His slogan is sotzial'naya Belarus', he oppresses Belarussian nationalists and uses Soviet symbols.
I also tilted the diagram to show the pro-market sector as entirely right-wing, like Eric the Green suggested, and allow for left-wing nationalists.
The inclusion of Roddenberry shows Mr Butler where his axis of progress is directed.
