You think 2-dimensionally. If you add an extra axis or two to your chart, it makes placing all factors in separate (and orthogonal) dimensions. My choice of axes are:

- Communal <-(Social)-> Individual
- Atheism <-(Faith)-> Religiosity
- Socialism <-(Economy)-> Capitalism
