Mayor Birney issues Redmond curfew

This was back in June. We were kind of in the the middle of BLM riots and the CHAZ/CHAD secessionist movement, a lot of cities around here imposed curfews. They didn't last very long.

Why pay taxes or buy a business license if the government closes roads and closes businesses?
