Kids react = Homelanders react
#1
I really see the 'kids react' videos like you see on the Fine brothers' YouTube channel as a Homelander phenomenom. Even though many of the kids are late-wave Millies in strict S&H terms. It feels that way to me because of the cultural distance between them and what they are reacting to...and because Homelanders are the ones who are the subject of so many doting viral videos and basically have been on the Internet their whole lives. I mean, having older generations dote on them online is part of the whole Homelander experience. And I know that there are other kinds of 'react' videos where it's older people, at this point the FBE channel is a mult-generational mashup of content.

So here's some Homies being subjected to Gen-X pop culture-
