The Supreme Court Will Examine Partisan Gerrymandering in 2017
#1
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/monk...1e140df66e

Quote:In 2017, the Supreme Court will take up the issue of partisan gerrymandering. Depending on how the court rules, its decisions could have far-reaching implications for the partisan balance in the U.S. House of Representatives and state legislatures — and for the future of redistricting across the country.

Well, let's hope they do it before Trump gets one of his appointees on the Court.

All the more reason to filibuster them as long as possible, NOW.

Yeah Chucky Schumer tried that with Goresuch and ended up blowing up the filibuster.  And a bout time too.  Maybe the Senate can get back to doing the people's work now that they don't require sixty votes to name a post office.
It really is all mathematics.
