(2) (a) No time limit for:
- Any class A felony
- Rape in the first degree (§ 130.35)
- Criminal sexual act in the first degree
(§ 130.50)
- Aggravated sexual abuse in the first
degree (§ 130.70)
- Course of sexual conduct against a
child in the first degree (§ 130.75) (2) (b) For any other felony, within five years
after commission of the offense
(2) © For any misdemeanor, within two years
after commission of the offense
(3) (e) For course of sexual conduct against a
child in the second degree (§ 130.80), within five years of the commission of the most recent act of sexual conduct
(3) (f) For a sexual offense defined in Article 130 of the Penal Law with a victim that was under 18 at the time of commission of the offense, other than those listed in (2) (a), the period of limitations does not begin to run until victim has reached the age of 18 or the offense is reported to a law enforcement
