If you click on the "User CP" link near the top of the page, you'll
go to the user control panel.
Then click on "Edit Options" halfway down the left-hand side.
One section of the edit options is labeled "Date and Time Options."
You can use the dropdowns to select whatever date and time
formats you want.
I think nguyenivy's concerns are much broader than this forum.
