My estimates on who belongs in the Homeland Generation

The cutoff for Homelanders is....the year the virus lockdowns start? That makes no sense, as the idealist generation is defined as the generation born with no memory of the previous crisis. It's why they grow up confident, inward turning and optimistic that they can reshape society's moral compass. Children with living memory of the 4th turning have a greater appreciation for institutional protection and the need to look more outwardly.

I would extend that at least out to 2025 (a couple of years before a more optimistic end date for the crisis), probably closer to 2028 or so
