I would suggest using the term "prime year" instead of "center of the cusp" as the application of cusp is incorrect imo. Prime years have no characteristics of the prior generation.
I would also say that the prime year for the next gen will probably be 2021 not 2020. Biden has to get elected first for this 4th turning to end.

1) Putting aside obvious political differences, Biden is not your man. He has a history of being passive, conformist, easily influenced by generous constituents, and, more recently, memory problems. A democrat of a very different character would be required should we go that route.
2) That's like....12-13 years out from the start date. A 4th turning lasts the length of a phase of life, so minimum we're talking like 2026 or so. Neil Howe puts the most likely date closer to 2030.
