Oh this is interesting. Hadn't heard of Sarkar before.

My first instinct is to align his archetypes with S&H, but not finding that easy.

Warrior - HERO
Intellectual - PROPHET
Acquisitor - NOMAD
Laborer - ARTIST 

Doesn't see quite right. "Laborer" is hard to fit.
